Sorry I have been away so long....

Hello to all of my dear friends, I am so sorry that I have been away so long from blog land...But I have great news, my dear hubby was just promoted at his job and we will be moving to a new city at the end of February. Yes we will be in the same state just a new city which is about a 45 minute drive from where we currently are living. So we will still be able to come home and visit family as offer as we would like. I asked my hubby if he wanted to just commute back and forward and he said no so we will be relocating...Please pray that we found a nice size home to move into because I really want to be settled before the baby gets here in June....Speaking of the baby we are both doing fine and I go for my first ultrasound this week and I will be back later this week with pictures of the ultrasound.....these are the names that we have decided on, if it is a boy it will be Christopher Brice and if it is a girl it will be McKenzie Nicole. The whole family is really excited about the move so in the next couple of weeks I will be packing and getting ready for the move.....but my hubby and I have decided to still keep my OB doctor here in town since we are so familiar with him...But I praying that everything goes well with the move because we all know that moving is a huge task especially moving to another city or state. My hubby will feel the new position that he was promoted to tomorrow , so please keep him in prayer as he commutes back in forward until we move at the end of February.....I will talk to u all very soon....

I agree that a 45 minute commute would be tough. My husband spends most weeks in a city 3&1/2 hours away and comes home on the weekend. When we made this move, we didn't expect that to be the case.
Praise for your husband's promotion. I don't know if you've lived in the same place all of your life or if you have moved before but any move is stressful as there is so much to do. I hope you have lots of help from friends and family.Look at it as an adventure. A chance to meet new people and learn a new city & community. God will use you there.
Blessings,
Mama Bear

Congratulations on the wonderful things God is doing in your life! I know all about making those moves while pregnant as I have done it twice. We are expecting our new little one in August (number 5!). I pray that you will find the perfect new home and that the move will go smoothly for you. Such an exciting time for you and your family! Be blessed! :)

Wow this sounds familiar...pregnant, moving...hmmm....I'm just glad you don't have to move when you're 38 weeks like I did, and in the summer heat!!! You're pregnancy seems to be going by fast to me. I pray you guys will find the perfect size house- I know that can be difficult. I prefer a smaller house because big ones are overwhelming to care for, in my experience at least.

DeNiece~ Please give Cedric my congratulations on the promotion and I don't blame him not wanting to commute.Roger has a 2 hour commute each way everyday and boy does it add a lot of time to a day. Will keep you in my prayers that the Lord will lead you to the perfect house.
Blessing,Joann
P.S. I will e-mail you later this week, a proper hello and all :)
