My Show And Tell For Friday

Come on in and have a hot cup of orange zest tea and some fresh baked chocolate chip cookies and welcome to my show and tell post where I get the chance every Friday to join other wonderful ladies in showing off different things in our homes, if you would like to join in the fun visit Kelli at her blog There is no place like home, She is a wonderful hostess and you will have fun.... So go and visit her and all the rest of the lovely ladies and join in the fun.

I am in a group on yahoo called Secret Sister is is ran by a wonderful woman by the name of Betty... In this group once a month Betty sends everyone a secret sister for the month when you first join the group you have to fill out what is called a spoil me list ( it is just a list of ten items you would like to receive that are not expensive, the minimum and maximum amount of the gifts can be no lower or no higher then $15 dollars, you can send little gifts as long as they come up to at less $15 dollars, like me I love gift certificates, candles and stickers, etc.) it is usually on the 1st of the month when you recieve your secret sister, you have to send out your gifts before the 25th of the month in order to be included in the next month's secret sister. Betty is wonderful if you can not afford to buy a present because something unexpected happened (car broke down, lost your job etc) she will help you out and you will still be included in the secret sister swap next month. Now that the holiday is upon us we are doing holiday gifts until after Christmas so if you would like to join visit yahoo groups and type in sweet secret sister and look for the picture above have fun and see you there.

This is some of the gifts that I received for the month of November from my secret sister, it is a candle warmer with beautiful leaves on it along with some wonderful scents, the scent that is burning in the warmer now is warm cantaloupe and the other two is pumpkin spice, and juicy peach these items were shipped directly to me from Scentsy by order of my secret sister. I also was sent in the mail by my secret sister directly some welcome home scent it tea candles, two more wonderful Fall serving trays and a salt and pepper fall leaves shakers.

This is a better picture of the wonderful warmer my whole house smells of cantaloupe LOVING IT..

Thanks for stopping by please stop by and visit me again and as we say down here in the Carolinas Yall be blessed......

DeNeice, What fun! I've been in secret sister groups in church where we would pair up with someone for 3 or 6 months. It caused us to get to know each other so well, and it was fun being sneaky, so they didn't figure out who you were. And, of course, you were always trying to figure out who YOURs was, as well. What nice gifts you received. Warm Canteloupe sounds like a wonderful scent.
