The Key to Loving Others
Now may the Lord of peace Himself grant you His peace (the peace of His kingdom) at all times and in all ways(under all circumstances and conditions, whatever comes). 2 Thessalonians 3:16
The Bible says to love your neighbor as yourself (Luke 10:27); the key is to love yourself. You won't enjoy your day until you learn to accept and enjoy yourself, because you have to eat with yourself, sleep with yourself, and be with yourself all day. Until you are happy with who you are and where you are in your life, you will never learn to love others or get to where you want to be in your life. Don't get down on yourself about everything you didn't do right yesterday or everything that you did not get to do yesterday. Today right now is a new day. Learn to love your life, right now, right where you are now. Say to yourself "I am grateful to be a child of God, redeemed and made righteous in His eyes. I am going to enjoy myself all day long." Everyday we knock ourselves because we did not complete something or that we don't have something someone else has but God loves us and he sees whats in us why can't we love ourselves so that we can learn how to love others the way God says we should love. Take time out study the word of God and ask him to lead you in learning to love yourselves and submitted to God humbly to teach you how to love others. Have a great and bless weekend....Reach out and tell someone that you love them today and show them that you love them...Bake a cake, help someone cross the street.....the list is endless to what you can do today to make someone smile and feel loved....

Great reminder!
This is beautiful. Thank you.
Wonderful post,Deniece!
Thanks Deniece for the wonderful post. How it must grieve the heart of God when we fail to see that we are fearfully and wonderfully made. He created us just the way He wanted us and loves us just as we are. He was not limited and could have given us any talent or strength. In His divine wisdom He chose to give us that which pleased Him. If He is pleased, we should be too.
Love you my sister! Many blessings to you and yours.
Brandi
Hi DeNiece~this post reminds me of the Golden Rule that our Lord gives us~"Do unto others and you would have them do unto you." I feel so much peace when I am helping others and not thinking about my own petty troubles. God bless you,Rose
