Simply Woman Monday

If you would like to join in on the fun of simple woman join Peggy at her blog at http://thesimplewoman.blogspot.com

FOR TODAY (August 18, 2008)...

Outside My Window... the shine is starting to peek out from behind the clouds, letting us know the Lord is going to bless us with a beautiful day.

I am thinking... how grateful I am, because our father God woke me and my family up this morning and he let us clothes our self in our right minds, he allowed us to move around freely and there was no death or sickness in our family as we slept through the night.

I am thankful for... God sending his son Jesus to die for all my and your sins. I am thankful for my family and all of my blogging friends.

From the kitchen... I have coffee brew and sausage and pancakes cooking.I am making a vegetable stew for dinner today so I also have my stewed beef in the crock pot.

I am wearing... a jean skirt with a rosy pink blouse with a sunflower colored apron, if you notice my outfit is not complete without a pretty apron. It makes me feel like a true homemaker.

I am creating... my home school lesson for next week, I like to do this an advance so that I can take my time and plan for the next week.

I am going... pick some fresh vegetables from the garden for today's dinner, and also pick some green beans so that I can start the freezing process of them this week. I will also be visiting my sister-n-law in the hospital if she has their new baby girl this week (She was due Saturday) I am so excited can't wait to meet the new baby. I will be making five freezer meals for their household this week so that all they have to do is just pop them in the oven for a quick meal.

I am reading... Bible Promise for you along with Joyce Meyers Morning Devotionals, which everyone that knows me knows I do my devotionals in the wee hours of the morning at about 5:30, my personal time with God before everyone else gets up.

I am hoping... that all my brothers and sisters in Christ, even the sinner man has a blessed week and the lord keeps and takes care of everyone.

I am hearing... my christian CD playing in the background as I am typing this post.

Around the house... are all the children trying to help me get breakfast dishes finished and getting their things ready for today's home school lessons.

One of my favorite things... is spending time with the Lord in the wee hours of the morning, talking and listening to his holy word.

A Few Plans For The Rest Of The Week:
Planning for the twins birthday Party Saturday our babies will be turning 6 years old on August 23 on that day I will be posting the twins birth story and what the Lord had done for my hubby and I while I was having trouble carrying them to term.

Here is picture thought I am sharing...

This was something that I found while searching the Internet for different verses and I thought it was a good saying so I sent it to all of my women friends even my church group, so if you are reading my simply Monday please read this too and acknowledge God before doing any and everything.

HAVE A BLESSED WEEK, AND COME AND VISIT ME SOON........

I did the Simple Woman today for the first time because of reading yours!!

My dear daughter didn't take the route I would have wanted in your saying at the bottom of the post. She left home August 1 and is living with a man instead of him seeing God in her. Tough times here at home. Trusting God to carry me through!

Nice picture thought. I do believe that is going to get saved in my picture file. LOVE IT. Hummmm, on second thought that is going to get sent to a good friend of mine. She'd sure be blessed by it.

Thank you for sharing!!

I hope you are already visiting that new baby in the hospital. LOVE IT. What a blessing you are to do 5 meals. What a help that's going to be.

Homemaking for Christ

Hello and welcome to Organized Homemaking for Christ...... So just sit yourself down and have a cup of tea and some cookies and lets talk about the goodness of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ., lets talk about the goodness of God and how he has brought us this far and how we as believers in Christ will continue to follow his words pertaining to being homemakers, helpmeets to our husbands, and mothers to our children.
