Hello everyone, I am back from a must needed break from blog land. The picture up above is of myself, my hubby and our four children along with my nephew. As everyone knows I live in the eastern part of North Carolina, so the week before St. Patricks day my family and I including my nephew went to Wilmington North Carolina to visit the NC Battleship which they really enjoyed and then we went down to the Wrightsville beach since the temperature outside was 80 degrees. We also enjoyed the St. Patrick's Day parade that was been held downtown on the boardwalk. In the picture from left to right bottom row is : Jaron, Daysia, Crystal, my nephew AJ, Devin, than myself and Cedric)We had a wonderful time. Well any hoo I have made it back and now I have started working on our household stockpile, there are so many deals going on at our local grocery stores and local pharmacies. That includes shampoos, soaps, toilet paper etc... My family and I have also been working on tilling the ground because we will be planting our first vegetable garden this year, which we consist of corn, carrots, peppers, onions, lettuce, squash, sweet peas, green beans etc. I will be taking pictures as we go for everyone that is planting their first vegetable garden, we can all learn together. My daughters and I have been catching up on making our loaves of bread and freezing most of them. You may ask why does she have her 10 and 6 year old in the kitchen? Well the Bible says that we shalled train our daughters to be keepers of their home, and one day they will be married and they will have to be keepers of their own homes.... And who knows which way the economy is going to go.. so the Lord said to be ye also ready, so teaching my children to cook, clean, sew, garden etc is very important to my hubby and I. We did not have church service this morning due to the annual conventions that my church holds yearly is been held out of town this year. But we did have our own devotional service with just our family this morning. Well I hope everyone enjoyed catching up with me and what I have been up to.. I will see everyone tomorrow Have a blessed rest of the weekend.
