Happy Homemaker Monday

hhm
If you would like to participate in Happy Homemaker Monday stop on by and see the hostess Sandra she has a wonderful blog..

The weather in my neck of the woods:
The weather is just perfect, the sun is shining and it is about 80 degrees out....

Things that make me happy:
Seeing my children running around outside smiling and just enjoying themselves, and known that I am loved unconditionally by them, and just feeling the newest addition moving around inside of my tummy.

Book I'm reading:
A Word in Season by Pastor James D. Corbett, it's a devotional from the church that we attend.

What I'm enjoying on TV:
Wife swap the new season..... and  Desperate Housewives....they are hilarious.

On the menu for dinner:
Hotdogs with homemade chili, and seasoned french fries.

On my To Do List:
 Morning devotional
 Laundry
Start dishwasher
Sweep the hard wood floors
 Homeschooling
Dinner
Anything else that needs doing etc......

New Recipe I tried or want to try soon:
Crock pot Lasagna I have always made it the old fashion way in the oven...But I think it is time to try the crock-pot for seem easy convenience.

In the craft basket:
nothing at the moment

Looking forward to this week:
Our church is having our choir anniversary this Saturday and there will be many different choirs and singers there and then we will have a church picnic to top it off, I am making a banana pudding to take for the picnic.

Tips and Tricks:
Something for the egg lovers, rub lemon on the shell of an egg before placing in boiling water to keep from cracking. I learned from one of the ladies that I love reading her blog. Hello Kat. She has a lot of tricks that can help and plus she has a great vintage style. So stop by and check her out you will be glad that you did.

My favorite blog post this week:
Women Living Well Blog... her blog is so inspiring and has so much information about family.

Blog Hopping (a new discovered blog you would like to share with the readers):
Homemaking in High Heels....I love the look and the information and all of the up lifting posts that I have read on her blog. Plus she is from my home state of the Carolinas...."GO TARHEELS "

No words needed (favorite photo or picture, yours or others you want to share):

Lesson learned the past few days:
Trust God in all things and he will see me through....I have to keep reminding myself that things that happen in life I can not fix, but instead I not to let go and let God because his way is always better.

On my mind:
The things that I have to do this week and all the bills that have to be paid again, yep ladies the first of the month is upon us lol. (but I think God that he has provided us the money to pay these bills.)

Devotionals, Scripture Reading, Key Verses:
He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things Romans 8:32

Homemaking for Christ

Hello and welcome to Organized Homemaking for Christ...... So just sit yourself down and have a cup of tea and some cookies and lets talk about the goodness of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ., lets talk about the goodness of God and how he has brought us this far and how we as believers in Christ will continue to follow his words pertaining to being homemakers, helpmeets to our husbands, and mothers to our children.
