Heavenly Connection

I just had to post for this challenge....I know I said I would not be posting until I recovered but I really want to start this challenge with everyone else lol. So Courtney from Women Living Well has this challenge going on and if you want to know more about it click on the link and read all about it...Well this week challenge is:
June 14 – Post Pictures from your dating days (or tell us all about it!). Think about one thing you used to do or have as a couple that you have lost in the shuffle of life. How can you regain it?

I would have to say that Cedric and I met in a funny way so here is our long love story, I must say that I did not like him much when I first met him I thought that he was not very attractive (yes I know looks are not everything) and he just was so harassing. Well anyway my twin sister was in hair school next door to where he worked and she and her classmates when take there breaks and go over to his store to buy things like snacks and sodas(he worked at Dollar General while he was in college) well one day she asked me to pick her up when I got out of my class (I was working on getting my Paramedic licenses) well when I picked her up she wanted to go over to the store to get some things to take home with her. Well when we walked in the store he spoke to her (that's how much her and her classmates went in his store lol ) He asked her to come here and I kept walking well I heard her call out to me and I went around the corner and there they stood and he put out his hand to tell me hello and introduced himself. Well I really was not interested and just said hello and told him my name and asked my sister was she ready to go. At that time he said to me would it be ok to get your phone number so I can call you sometimes. (my sister was playing match maker) well I said no in a polite way and told him I was really not interest and went on out of the store. When my sister come out she said that the reason she really wanted to go in the store was because he had asked her about me because he had seen me come in and out of her school and wanted to know if I was seeing anyone and she told him no I was available but I was always busy and that if I was not working I was in class or out with my friends. Well about two weeks later I was just getting home from a softball game this was all in mid May and he was CALLING MY HOUSE. I did not remember him at first but he quickly filled me in and I asked him how he got my number and he said oh your sister. I told him I had something to do (I really didn't I was just tired) and he said ok but can I call you again I told him whatever but I still was not interested. Well he called me back that next day and the next and the next to finally I talked to him and as we talked I just started feeling so comfortable talking with him because he really acted like a gentleman not like all the other knuckle heads that I had dated. Well he asked me out on a date and I said oklol) But I eventually yelled yes yes.....long story short we were married a year later....

Hello and welcome to Organized Homemaking for Christ......
