If you would like to join in the fun, and you are thankful today and everyday visit Laura at http://heavenlyhomemakers.com/home.

Today I am thankful for everything that the Lord as brought me and my family thought. We weathered a storm (Hurricane Hannah), and a tree limb came through my daughters room but no one was hurt and the Lord stood with us doing the storm. The damage was minum and will not cost much and we have great insurance. I am just so grateful to our father God that no one was hurt and none of my love one were hurt. The Lord continues to bless us every single day. I am also grateful that my hubby is who he is. He leads this family in prayer and worship and he is an awesome husband and father. Have a blessed week everyone. In the next couple of days I will be blogging about being a Godly Homemaker and the purpose for this in God's eyes, so be sure to join me, at that time I will be having a great giveaway to start homemakers own there way to become great Godly homemakers.. In this giveaway there will be lots of things... I am so excited just thinking about it... I was just thinking how I don't like this constant tummy ache. I did get an ulcer when my first born left home a few years ago! Now that my oldest daughter has done the same I feel my tummy hurting. I guess I hold things in.

But then, I came to your blog and read your post about being thankful in all things. Ok, I got the message Lord!! Thanks for being the instrument for the Lord this morning!!

That is definitely something to be thankful for. Praise God He kept you safe.
I see you live in Goldsboro. We used to live there about 5 years ago. My parents have a home in Saulston, but will be moving soon to Aiken, S.C. as my dad just started pastoring a church there.
