For Today... October 27, 2008

Outside my Window...The leaves are still turning yellow and brown, and is a beautiful mist on the grass this morning, this is what I am seeing as I drink my morning cup of coffee.

I am thinking...What a great day the Lord has blessed me to see.....

From the learning rooms...Lots of homeschooling materials and bible verses.

I am thankful for...all the blesses the lord has bestowed upon me and my family, how he has continue to bless us through all the mess in today's world.

From the kitchen...I am cooking a pot roast with all the trimmings, carrots, potatoes, and celery, fresh rolls and corn-on-the-cob and a dutch apple pie.

I am wearing...a white skirt with a lavender blouse, surprise ladies I do not have an apron on this morning. For all the new ladies here everyone, each week when I post what I am wearing it always includes an apron, well today I did not wear one, no particular reason I just did not lol.

I am reading...I have started reading Created to be his help meet again, and also I have been reading the bible like I do everyday, I am in Romans.

I am hoping...that all the sinners of the world will hear the Lord's voice and open up their hearts to him soon, before it is to late.

I am creating...a new apron for me and the girls it will be our Christmas aprons.

I am hearing...my play list songs particular Come as you are.

Around the house...I have tidying up the house and helping get everything ready for our Church's fall festival on Friday night, we do not trick or treat so we have a fall festival for all of the children that would like to attend and be apart of us.

One of my favorite things...It's finally here, I love everything that deals with the Fall

A Few Plans For The Rest Of The Week...Finish getting ready for the fall festival, tidying up my home and I need to start working on my monthly menu for November.

Here is a picture thought I am sharing with you...

This is one of the pictures a friend sent to me while she was vacationing in Maine, I love this picture it looks so peaceful and tranquil.... Wouldn't you just love to be there sitting on the bench just thinking God for all he has done, and what he is going to do for you and your family....How you are thanking for his mercy.

Homemaking for Christ

Hello and welcome to Organized Homemaking for Christ...... So just sit yourself down and have a cup of tea and some cookies and lets talk about the goodness of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ., lets talk about the goodness of God and how he has brought us this far and how we as believers in Christ will continue to follow his words pertaining to being homemakers, helpmeets to our husbands, and mothers to our children.
