Here is the Baked Bean Recipe for my week in the kitchen

DeNiece's Southern Baked Beans

1.In a greased baking dish put in four medium sizes cans of your favorite Pork and Beans ( I love Van Camps)

2. To that add about a cup and a half of brown sugar (I know that's a little sweet :P )

3. Dice up a small onion and a half of a green bell pepper

4. Add about a 1/2 cup of your favorite Bar-Que sauce

5. Add a teaspoon of Mustard

6. Add about a Tablespoon of Maple syrup (pure works best)

7. Stir all these ingredients together in the baking dish

8. Now set that to the side out of the way so that the favors can marinate together

9. Now fry up about a pound of ground beef

10. Drain the beef and run cold water over the top to get off excess grease

11. Now add the beef to the pork and beans

12. Stir everything together

13. Place in preheated oven at 350 for 25-30 minutes

14. Enjoy

*Remember to adjust recipe for your family size*
