Great Autumn Sign Right...Read on..

On another note I would like to think Bren over at Pieces of Me for the great gift I received on Thursday. I had enter her giveaway back in July and she ask everyone to pick what they would like to win if the were chosen the winner, a $20 dollar gift card from Amazon or a homemade hand quilted table runner. Well I choose the table runner, because a $20 dollar gift card you can get anytime for like birthdays, holidays, but who gets a gift made especially for you from the heart of a friend. Well I won and once she let me know that I won I had to let her know what colors I wanted my table runner in...Ok blog friends what was the color......Come on you know.....Keep guessing... here a hint my favorite color...In my home tours this color is everywhere....You got it Blue....Well she also accented it in gold...It is so beautiful thank you so much Bren...I LOVE it...Stop by if you get a chance and tell her hello she is a wonderful lady....

My friend Joann over at The Fruit of her Hands also sent me a wonderful gift, here in my town pure vanilla extract can cost everywhere from 10-12 dollars for a large family size bottle, well my dear friend knows I like to cook and decided to send me this wonderful gift....yes you guess it a large bottle of vanilla extract.. great for me to use this up coming holiday season...Joann you are a doll... so if you get the chance go by and visit her blog too, you will be blessed in many ways she is truly a woman after God's own heart.

Guys do you remember the giveaway I had last month on the 10th of July, well I have finally finished with the gift basket and sent it out yesterday to Julieann who was the winner, I told her I was sorry it take so long but I wanted to make the gift basket special and unique so on that note I was going to take pictures of everything in the basket, but I decide to wait and just sent it to her and let her post pictures on her blog because I want her to be surprise and if I post pictures now she is going to know whats in it before she gets it....I will post and let everyone know when she does post pictures on her blog of the gift basket if she decides too so everyone can go visit...I hope and pray that you and the children enjoy the basket Julieann....UPS said it would arrive on August 10,2009 it takes a week.
We are finally feeling better here on the Barnes homestead, but please continue to pray because my baby girl is still not feeling the best but everyone else is up and moving again including me...( Can't you tell I am trying to play catchup by this long blog post lol) Time to clean house... That bottle of Vanilla should last you awhile. I like the Watkins brand of clear vanilla. It is expensive but lasts a long time.

What a beautiful table runner! It looks lovely on the coffee table. Mine is an oval shape and starting to show the wear and tear of lots of children. This would be a great way for me to get more use out of it (at least when my youngest gets old enough to not snatch things off the table, ha!)Thank you for sharing that idea.
